Things will be electric at this month’s Family Build It Night hosted by the Marshall Public Library. Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the library, builders will be delving into the world of paper circuits. These circuits use a few items to create a working electrical circuit. “All you need is a small battery, some copper foil tape, and a couple LED lights,” said Kath Ann Hendricks, Young Adult Librarian at the Marshall Public Library. “We’ll be taking those pieces and adding a few Halloween themed ones to create our very own circuit. These simple electrical devices are a remarkable way to teach beginning electrical theory.” Previous editions of Family Build It Night have seen families experiment with stop-motion animation and robotics.
