[ARCHIVED] Concerned Cat Owners Urged to Contact Animal Services with if Animal is Exhibiting Symptoms

Pocatello

Due to the recent outbreak of an upper respiratory infection at the Pocatello Animal Services shelter, officials are reiterating that owners of recently (mid-July through August) adopted cats from the Pocatello Animal Shelter contact Animal Services if their cat is exhibiting any of the following symptoms: - Persistent sneezing - Coughing - Congestion - Inflammation around the eye - Excessive blinking - Discharges from the eyes or nose The Pocatello Animal Services shelter can be reached at 234-6156.
