Human Resourced Department staff will be in attendance to present proposed updates to the Personnel Policy Handbook that were presented during the May 25, 2023 Budget Development meeting or are tied to FY2024 budget items. Items will be considered by the Council at the August 17, 2023 Regular City Council meeting to be adopted on September 7, 2023. Any financial changes will go into effect the first payroll of FY2024.
