POCATELLO IWAMIZAWA SISTER CITIES FOUNDATION

Representatives from the Pocatello Iwamizawa Sister Cities Foundation will update the Council on the Committee’s goals and projects.

POLICE UNION QUARTERLY UPDATE

Members of the Pocatello Police Union will give an update of their Union activities for the last quarter.

FIRE UNION QUARTERLY UPDATE

Members of the Pocatello Fire Union will give an update of their Union activities for the last quarter.

5.

LEVY ESCOOTERS PRESENTATION

Kirk Lepchenske, representing Levy eScooters, will be present to give information to the Council regarding Levy eScooters operations in Pocatello. Mr. Lepchenski will give an overview of the plan and answer questions from Council. (ACTION ITEM)

PERSONNEL POLICY HANDBOOK UPDATES FOR FY2024

Human Resourced Department staff will be in attendance to present proposed updates to the Personnel Policy Handbook that were presented during the May 25, 2023 Budget Development meeting or are tied to FY2024 budget items.  Items will be considered by the Council at the August 17, 2023 Regular City Council meeting to be adopted on September 7, 2023.  Any financial changes will go into effect the first payroll of FY2024.  (ACTION ITEM)

FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET DEVELOPMENT

Council will consider the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget and discuss recommendations to prepare the budget amounts necessary to meet notice requirements for the August 3, 2023 public hearing.  (ACTION ITEM)
